Maureen is just like her clients – a busy professional running multiple businesses and a homeowner juggling the responsibilities of home management. 

But after 10+ years of experience as an owner’s representative and guiding clients from inception of a construction project to its completion, Maureen has advantages a regular homeowner doesn’t: deep industry knowledge and a vast network of vendors. 

And she loves sharing these advantages with her clients! 

From researching and hiring an electrician to negotiating a contract to renovate a kitchen, Maureen utilizes her experience to protect and guide her clients. Her client can feel confident and comfortable that their home project and maintenance is in expert hands, from start to finish.

Maureen runs her boutique home management service with a hands-on, client-centric approach. And she treats every client’s home like she does her own – with the care and attention to detail that provides clients with the peace of mind.

One of the most important aspects of Maureens family of businesses is just that… they truly are a family of businesses. In addition to Mango Management she also owns and heads The Common Area, a boutique owners representation firm along with Building Standard, a one stop stop for all things handyman, home projects and building inspection services.

Maureen teamed up with Navy Veteran William Ward to create Building Standard, which ties into other services provided by Mango Management and The Common Area. Not only are they business partners, they are also life partners and recently gave birth to their first daughter Maeve!
